Why I Started My Online Business
Since I was in my twenties I knew I did not want to work until I 65 and retire. I wanted to retire in my 40’s. I wanted to be able to make a lot money, be able to travel when I want, take care of my mom and be able to be with my children at home. I also wanted to be able to work when I want and be financially secure.
I was first introduced to network marketing when I was in the military. I invited people to events, talked to friends and family but those did not work and wasn’t really invested in network marketing like I was in my military carrier so I quit my network marketing business.
When I got out the military I was introduced to Affiliate marketing. I like this much better since I did not have to build a team and did not have to be pushy or aggressive like I did in network marketing.
Why I Love Affiliate Marketing
The reason I love affiliate marketing is that I do not have to deal with customer service, refunds and product up keep as the owner of the product does all of that. Affiliate marketing is when you refer someone to a product or service they need and want. They pay for the product or service and you receive a commission.
When doing affiliate marketing is good to a customer of the product, but you do not need to be. The reason say that is because when you are using the product you are referring people to you will be better equipped to show how the product works and why someone needs it. People love to see how the product or service works and you can do that in a review.
When creating a review of the product you can do it with a YouTube video or a Blog post. I have done both and I recommend you do what works best for you. With affiliate marketing you do not need a lot of money to get started and there are ways to get started for FREE. Another thing I love about affiliate marketing is that you can do it without ever showing your face on social media and you can do it without social media.
Who is Behind Residual Money Train
My name is Alexis Bond and I from Connecticut but currently live in Florida with my two boy fur babies. I am an introvert, I love to stay at home and watch tv, movies, play video games. I love traveling, bowling, skating, arcades, theme parks, go to lounges, chill with friends and family. I have 3 other siblings and a bunch of nieces and nephews. I was in the military for five years and miss the people.
I want to help other introverts grow their business in a way that feels authentic for them. When I first started in the online space I noticed a lot of extroverts teaching marketing and sales that did not fit introverts. I myself personally struggled at first and did not learn the correct way to build a business until about 2 years ago.
I tried everything that the extroverts told me to do , go live, invite friends and family, pushy sales tactics and none of them worked for me. I did not get one person to sign up with me in my business. It wasn’t until I researched marketing and sales strategies that weren’t pushy for introverts, that I learned strategies that fit my introvert nature.
I learned more about sales funnels, email marketing, blogging, how to schedule my social media post, faceless videos and more. These strategies are what I use now in my marketing and promotions to get more leads and sales without compromising who I am.
Now I want to show other introverts how to do the same by showing and teaching them marketing strategies that fit their introvert nature. I have e-books on different marketing strategies such as how to start a blog, email marketing and ways to use faceless reels to grow your business.
